Programs

Learn the fundamentals of archery in a fun and supportive environment! This program is perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their basic skills. Participants will learn proper stance, how to hold and draw the bow, aim, and safely shoot arrows at a target. Most importantly, you’ll get plenty of time to practice and enjoy hitting the bullseye while having a great time! Great for parent/child combos or adults that have some experience with archery, but they still need some assistance.
*Minimum age 8 years old

• Date: Every Tuesday Evening March 24th to April 28th (6 weeks)
• Location: Murray Yantha Community Centre (MYCC) (2473 Russett Drive)
• Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Price: $65+HST
• All equipment is provided including bows and arrows.
  Instruction provided.

Registration and Payment Options

• Registration is mandatory.
• Pay Online: A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.
• Pay Later: Pay by cash or debit at the Township office, max 2 days before the program date.

Important Information

• Holidays: Classes are cancelled on holidays.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations will not be issued when less than 3 days notice is provided. The refund method depends on the original form of payment and may take up to four weeks.
• No refunds for requests received after this period.
• Unless otherwise stated, full refunds will be issued when programs are cancelled by the Township.
• Refund requests for programs that have already started will be considered only at the discretion of the Recreation Director. Approval of any refund, full or partial, will depend on the circumstances of the request and the portion of the program completed.
