Unite & Yin class with Lindsay

Experience the power of connection in this all-levels Unite & Yin class.
Immerse yourself in a blend of movement, postures, and restorative stretches designed to unify the mind and body. This class supports stress relief, muscle release, and enhanced flexibility through longer holds, guided relaxation, and breathwork offering a journey toward stillness and balance within.

Open to all ages and experience levels, the practice focuses on joint mobility, bone health, fascia release, and cultivating mental endurance through a yin-yang approach.

• Date: Monday Mornings - September 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
• Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Location: John A Gilles Recreation Centre (138 Sarah St. E, Braeside)
• Cost: $40+HST for 4-week program

What to Bring

• A mat
• Indoor running shoes
• Water

Registration and Payment Options

• Registration is mandatory.
• Pay Online: A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.
• Pay Later: Pay by cash or debit at the Township office, max 2 days before the program date.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations will not be issued when less than 3 days notice is provided. The refund method depends on the original form of payment and may take up to four weeks. Unless otherwise stated, full refunds will be issued when programs are cancelled by the Township.
• No refunds for requests received after this period.
• Refunds are issued if the Township must cancel the class due to a facility issue.
